You can search for contacts according to any call history that is logged in your CallTime.AI account, whether that call was logged automatically via the power dialer, manually, or via import.
- From the Contacts page, click on Advanced Search.
- Click Field to see the drop-down menu for categories.
- Select Call. The default search options will return any contact with any logged call. You can narrow that search using the following options:

- occurred - click and change this to did not occur if you wish to exclude any contacts that meet the rest of your search criteria. Changing this to did not occur and leaving all other default search options will return only contacts that you have never called before.
- any date - click and select from the dropdown menu the date or range of dates you wish to narrow the search to. Most of these options will prompt you to specify that date range once you have made your selection:

- any outcome - click and select from the various call outcomes to narrow the search only to calls of that particular outcome.
