Search by Contributions and Contribution Asks

You can run a search in your CallTime.AI database on any contributions that have been imported, manually logged, or added via an ActBlue integration. You can also search contacts based on the contribution ask you have made of them in the past.

Search by contributions you have received

• From your Contacts, click on Advanced Search.

• Click Field to see the drop-down menu for categories.
• There are several ways you can search for a contact, based on their contributions to you, including:
  • Contribution - this return any contact with any contribution that meets the criteria of your search
  • First Contribution - this return only contacts whose first contribution meets the criteria of your search
  • Most Recent Contribution - this will return only contacts whose most recent contribution meets the criteria of your search
  • Largest Contribution - this will return only contacts whose largest contribution meets the criteria of your search
  • Total Contributed - this will return only contacts whose sum total of all logged contributions meets the criteria of your search
• If you are running a search on Contribution, First Contribution, Most Recent Contribution, or Largest Contribution, the default search settings will return any contact with an associated contribution. You can narrow that further by editing any one or more of the following options:

• • occurred - change this to did not occur if you are trying to exclude contacts based upon their logged contributions
  • any date - select one of the many options available to narrow the search only to contributions that did or did not occur on a particular date, or in a particular range of dates. Selecting most of these options will prompt you to specify the date or date range you are interested in.
  • any amount - select one of the options available to narrow the search only to contributions of a particular size or range of sizes.
• If you are running a search on Total Contributed, you only need to specify the size or range of sizes for the sum of total contributions associated with contacts that you are interested in.

Search by contribution asks you have made

• From your Contacts, click on Advanced Search.
• Click Field to see the drop-down menu for categories.
• Select Contribution Ask. The default search settings will return any contact with any associated contribution ask. You can narrow that further by editing any one or more of the following options:

• • occurred - change this did not occur if you are trying to exclude contacts based upon their logged contribution asks
  • any date - select one of the many options available to narrow the search only to asks that did or did not occur on a particular date, or in a particular range of dates. Selecting most of these options will prompt you to specify the date or date range you are interested in.
  • any amount - select one of the options available to narrow the search only to asks of a particular size or range of sizes.
  • any result - select one of the options available to narrow the search only to asks that had a particular outcome (i.e., Yes, No, Maybe, Unspecified)
