You can run a search in your CallTime.AI database on any pledges that have been imported, or manually logged (including those logged during calls). You can also search contacts based on the outstanding pledge balance they have (the gap between what they've contributed, and what they pledged to contribute, if any).
Search by pledges you have received
- From your Contacts page, click on Advanced Search
- Click Field to see the drop-down menu for categories and select Pledge. The default search options will return contacts that have any non-dismissed pledges logged on them. You can narrow this search further using the following options:
- occurred - change this to did not occur if you are trying to exclude contacts based upon their logged pledges
- any date - select one of the many options available to narrow the search only to pledges that did or did not occur on a particular date, or in a particular range of dates. Selecting most of these options will prompt you to specify the date or date range you are interested in.
- any amount - select one of the options available to narrow the search only to pledges of a particular size or range of sizes. Pledges of an unspecified amount will be excluded in any pledge search that sets a parameter on the size of the pledge
- Ignore dismissed - click and change this to Include dismissed if you wish your search to include even pledges that have already been dismissed, or Only dismissed if you only want to consider pledges that have been dismissed. (Read more about how to dismiss a pledge here.)
Search for contacts with outstanding pledge balances
- From your Contacts page, click on Advanced Search
- Click Field to see the drop-down menu for categories and select Pledge Balance.
- Use the dropdown menu and empty box to specify the amount or range of amounts that you wish to include in your search for contacts with outstanding pledge balances. (Remember: outstanding pledge balances are automatically calculated by CallTime.AI, so contacts that meet this criteria will automatically update whenever pledges and contributions are logged).
Tip: Consider using a Saved Search to quickly find any contacts with an outstanding pledge balance. You can even make this a Smart Search to easily keep track of this group over time.
