Searching by Custom Asks and Commitments

CallTime.AI can be used to ask for more than just contributions. You can create custom asks and commitments and log those on your contacts, including while on calls.

You can then use Advanced Search to quickly identify contacts, based on the custom asks you've made, as well as their replies and commitments.

• Select Advanced Search.

• Select Commitment or Commitment Ask from the Field dropdown menu.

When searching by Commitment Ask, you can build a query that includes or excludes contacts on which you have logged any of your custom asks. You can further refine that search by date, as well as by the result of your ask (i.e., Yes, No, or Maybe).

When searching by Commitment, you can build a query that includes or excludes contacts on which you have logged any of your custom commitments. You can further refine that search by date, as well as by the custom details of that commitment (i.e., dates, numbers, notes, list options).
