Searching by Contact ID or NGP Contact ID

If you are trying to find a group of contacts already in your database so you can perform a bulk action on them (i.e., add them to a list, tag them, add them to Do Not Contact, etc.), you can copy/paste those contacts' CallTime.AI Contact ID or their NGP Contact ID into a search and locate them that way.

Here's how:

• From your Contacts page, click on Advanced Search

• Click Field to see the drop-down menu for categories.
• Select Contact ID if you wish to search by the unique contact ID assigned to them by CallTime.AI. Select NGP Contact ID if you wish to search by their NGP Contact ID (be sure your contacts have NGP Contact IDs in order to perform this search successfully).
  With this search criteria, you can type or simply paste an entire column or list of IDs into the text box, and then either include or exclude those contacts from your search.
