Using Your Own Phone Numbers in CallTime.AI

In order to take advantage of some of CallTime.AI's most powerful tools, you'll need to set up phone numbers in your account. You can both verify existing phone numbers that you own, and acquire new numbers through the platform. Here's how to verify your existing phone numbers, which can be used with your power dialer:

1. From the menu in the upper left corner, click on Campaign Settings, then click Phone Numbers
2. Select Verify Phone Numbers, then enter the phone number you wish to verify.
3. You will receive a text message to that phone number, with an access code on your phone. Enter the access code when prompted to verify your phone number.

You can now use your verified phone number as an outgoing caller ID in CallTime.AI's power dialer!

Please note: While you can use either an acquired or existing phone number to place calls on the power dialer, only acquired numbers can be used to send and receive text messages through the platform.
