How Do I Delete Contacts?

There are two ways to delete contacts: one-at-a-time, or in bulk. Here's how to do both:

Remember: Your subscription includes a maximum number of contacts you can import into your database. Deleting contacts won't impact that number. Please email support@calltime.ai if you would like to increase the size of your account, to accommodate additional imports.

To delete an individual contact:

• Open a contact record
• Click "Edit Contact"

• Click "Delete Contact"

The action cannot be undone, and it may take a minute or so for the system to fully delete the contact from your system.

To bulk delete contacts:

• Use the check boxes next to contacts to bulk select contacts
• Click the drop-down menu that will appear
• Select "Delete Contacts"
