Customizing Your Salutation Formats

Once you've added salutations to your contacts, you can customize how you want those salutations to appear across your CallTime.AI account.

• Navigate to your Campaign Settings

• Select Customize Call Time

• Choose from one of the four options available, and click Update Salutation Format
