How Do I Add a Salutation?

Knowing how to greet someone can be an important part of call time-- you want to be sure you use the appropriate nickname, and/or title when addressing them. To aid with that, you can include a salutation field on a contact record.

• Open a contact record, and click Edit Contact

• Add the salutation to the "Salutation" field and click Update Contact

• Update your settings to decide how you wish to see salutations across your CallTime.AI account.
  

You can also add salutations to contacts when you import your contacts using our CSV file importer.
