Customizing the Ask Amount

• Navigate to the desired donor profile.
• Click on the recommended ask amount, written in pink. 
• Type in your desired ask amount, then click “update.”
• To revert back to the recommended amount, click on the number again, delete the number you entered, and click update. The ask amount will revert to the AI recommended value. 

You can also import custom ask amounts using our CSV file importer.
