We highly recommend that you ensure that every one of the contacts in your CallTime.AI database has an NGP Contact ID associated (read more here). There are two ways to add an NGP Contact ID to a contact:
- When importing contacts via a CSV, you have the option of including a column for NGP Contact IDs.
- You can also navigate to a contact's profile, select Edit Contact and manually enter in that contact's NGP Contact ID.
When a contact in your database has an NGP Contact ID assigned, it will appear at the bottom of their profile, next to their CallTime.AI Contact ID:
