How Do I Cancel or Change My Subscription?

Upgrading Your Account Mid-Billing Cycle

The following add-on features can be added to your account mid-billing cycle, at a pro-rated cost:

• Unlimited text messages
• Unlimited power dialer*
• Phone number lookups
• Email address lookups

Additionally, you can expand your account's import capacity mid-billing cycle, which will also be billed on a pro-rated basis. To do so, email calltimeai@politicaldata.com to let us know which upgrades you would like.

*Please note that if in the current month you have already incurred dialer charges in excess of the cost of adding an unlimited power dialer line, we will only be able to switch you to an unlimited line at the start of the following billing cycle.

Removing Add-On Features

If you find that you no longer have use for optional add-on features on your account, or you are just looking to trim costs, you can always remove the optional add-on features (bulleted, above) for subsequent billing cycles. You cannot downgrade to lower import limit tier once your total number of imported contacts has surpassed that limit.

Please be sure to email calltimeai@politicaldata.com informing us of these changes prior to the start of your subsequent billing cycle in order for those to take effect before you are billed for that cycle.

Canceling Your Account

If you wish to have your account canceled entirely, you can do so at any time, but in order to avoid being charged for the following month, a cancelation request must be submitted to calltimeai@politicaldata.com prior to your next billing.

You will be asked to fill out this Cancelation Request Form. You can fill out the form without getting in touch with our support team, so long as you do so prior to your next billing cycle.

All CallTime.AI accounts are auto-renewing subscriptions, and your payment method on file will automatically be charged at the conclusion of each billing cycle (usually monthly or quarterly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. If your intention is to cancel your account, please be sure to email calltimeai@politicaldata.com prior to any renewal for which you do not want to be charged, as we are not able to offer refunds.
