How Do I Add or Change a Contact's Profile Picture or Social Media Links?

CallTime.AI will automatically search for social media profiles that it believes match contacts you add to your database. If matches are found, these social profiles are used to provide you with links to their social media pages, as well as some other contact enhancements, including a profile picture.

Whether or not CallTime.AI is able to find these social profile matches, you can add or change both the profile pictures and social media links associated with contacts in your account. Here's how:

Edit or Add a Profile Photo

• Navigate to a contact profile and click Edit Contact
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Edit Photos

• Click Add Photo to add a new photo from the files on your computer. Click Delete to remove a photo.
  (If a contact has multiple photos on the profile, you will only see the first one on their profile page, but can click on it to scroll through the others. Every time you add a new photo it will automatically jump to the front and appear as the default profile picture.)

Edit or Add Social Media Links

• Navigate to a contact profile and click Edit Contact
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click +Add another URL to add additional social media links to the profile.

• You can also click the X next to existing social media links to remove them from the contact's profile.
• Click Update Contact
