The CallTime.AI "List" feature allows you to create static lists. However, you may also want to continuously return to a list of contacts that meet a certain search criteria--a list in which contacts are being added and removed automatically, based upon whether they currently meet that criteria. For that, we recommend you use our Save Search feature.
To create a saved search:
- Click Save Search
- Name the search, or click Select Existing Search... to update the criteria of an existing saved search.
- Click Save Search
- With your search criteria saved, you can now click the "Saved Searches" drop down menu whenever you want to quickly see which contacts meet the criteria of the saved search.
Editing/Deleting a Saved Search Name
To edit the criteria of a saved search, follow the steps above. To change the name of a saved search or to delete it entirely:
- Click the "Saved Searches" drop down menu
- Hover your mouse over the name of the search, at the top of the screen.
- Click [Edit Search] when it appears on the screen.
- Edit the name or click Delete Search
